Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Terms: Permanent

Location: Aldermaston - Just outside of Basingstoke

Salary: £24,000 


Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

- Process new purchase orders from start to finish 

- Lease between all departments

- Arrange dispatches and export Customer specifications

- Act as point of contract for Customers - on email rather then telephone

- Provide support to the customer Service Team


Must have for the role of a Customer Service Administrator:

- Customer facing background 

- Very good Administration skills 

- computer literate

- can do attitude
