Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Terms: Permanent

Location: Watlington

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

 

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

- Process all existing  

- Lease internally and externally

- Arrange dispatches and export Customer specifications

- Act as point of contract for Customers - on email rather then telephone

- Provide support to the Customer Service Team

 

Must have for the role of a Customer Service Administrator:

- Customer facing background 

- Very good Administration skills 

- Computer literate

- Can do attitude
