Senior Building Surveyor based in North London and the rate is £29.82ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will manage and lead a team to negotiate with tenants and their representatives’ access arrangements, to carry out appropriate inspections and produce detailed specifications of work itemised from the schedule of rates or using composite values. Prepare estimates, feasibility studies, plans, sketches, drawings and photo’s as may be necessary

They will undertake the lead role for Property Services in the defence and management of legal claims to minimise costs and reputational impact. Carry out root cause analysis of claims to identify any problems to be addressed and any opportunities for reducing the incidence of legal disrepair and liaise with legal colleagues on individual cases as necessary and on more general issues such as legal procedures and interpretation of legislation.
