Here at Driver Hire Southampton, we have a fantastic opportunity to take onboard an experienced forklift operator with an accredited licence for a 3 month temporary position.

About this position:

• Monday to Friday
• 3-month temporary position
• Start time: 8:00am
• Finish time: 6:00pm
• Operating forklift around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading building materials off vehicles
• Forklift and warehouse work
• Picking and packing 
• Stock checking
• Collecting orders for customers 
• One week training provided by client

What we require from you:

• An accredited forklift counterbalance licence dated in the last 3 years
• Accreditation recognised: AITT, ALLMI, CPCS, TSSAR, NPORS and RTITB
• Own transport to commute to and from work is essential
• At least a year experience on previous forklift role
• Understand manual handling and heavy lifting procedures
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Happy to work on forklift and in the warehouse
