Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:15PM

My client is a logistics business who are looking to expand their Customer Service team due to exponential growth.

The Role:
  • Order processing
  • Invoicing
  • Creation of quotes
  • Progressing returns
  • Sourcing/searching technical parts
  • Offsite stock takes
  • Initiating system checks
  • Using SAP
  • Outbound liaison with external engineers
  • Monitoring the internal inbox
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Sharing knowledge internally
