Housing Options Service Lead based in Taunton and the rate is £28.40ph PAYE

This is a part time role working on a temporary contract.

To lead on the effective development of an excellent housing options service that meets the statutory provisions of the Homeless Reduction Act and the budgetary and policy requirements. This will include development of policy and procedures and wider service initiatives to maximise the impact of the Housing Options Service in meeting the needs of vulnerable people.  The Lead adviser providing specialist, professional expertise in Homelessness and deeper understanding of a number of sub specialisms. To input into complex service requests being co-ordinated by Case Management, usually in the form of advanced technical knowledge, interpretation and judgement.
