Estates Surveyor (HYBRID) needed in Bromley, £300.31 per day- Reference: RQ831500

This post is for a temporary position for a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join the team to lead on a wide variety of estate matters, concentrating primarily on Landlord & Tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings etc.

Across a wide range of asset classes from operational assets such as leisure centres, dementia care day centres, to high end investment properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

The team work on a hybrid model - with office attendance required twice a week - and with site inspections and visits to be undertaken as and when required.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
