We are currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a lovely Muslim faith school in Harrow on a part-time basis until the end of term.

The Role

In this role you will be providing 1:1 support for different children from EYFS to Year 2 with special educational needs alongside working as a general class teaching assistant. The school are looking for a confident Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting young children with autism.

The role is offered on a part-time basis, 3 days a week (days to be confirmed).  The role is temporary to the end of the academic year, with a possibility of a permanent position being available from September 2023. 

The School

This Muslim faith primary school is based in Harrow and offers a welcoming and positive learning environment for children in the local community. This 2-form-entry school opened in 2020 and currently has full classes between Reception and year 2 and will grow as the oldest children remain in the school until year 6. Alongside a creative and broad curriculum, the school’s teaching and behaviour is grounded in Islamic values where children are encouraged to develop a lifelong love of learning. Staff at the school are committed and caring and are creating a wonderful growing school community.
