is responsible for all aspects of M365 applications and services deployed within Brit, Office 365, Teams Telephony, Power Platforms, which includes the monitoring and support of the overall service. Principal Accountabilities:

• Technical Management of O365 Exchange Online including third party products IronScales for Phish and Mimecast for edge policies and Journaling and other technical areas i.e. DMARC, DKIM, SPF
• Technical Management of Teams Telephony including the integration with Luware Attendant Console, assigning of DDI’s, setting up call routing and assisting of Live Events.
• Supporting the provision of Power Platform environments, working closely with the application support team
• Providing a support service for users receiving Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk.
• Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution
• Maintain uptime by pro-active management and monitoring to ensure environment health, and minimise disruptions to mail-flow
• Ensure awareness of and support adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools and capabilities and potential use within Brit
• Assist with management of all M365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power-BI, Power Automate, Stream etc.).
• Accountable for Azure Active Directory Synch services, performing monitoring and support of that process and Conditional Access policies Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Excellent knowledge of O365 Exchange Online and Mimecast administration.
• Excellent understanding of eDiscovery, EOP and ATP.
• Experience of using M365 Security and Compliance portal
• Experience in Azure Active Directory Synchronisation processes. (joining machines, policy administrator, InTune Management)
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and other scripting languages • Strong knowledge of Office Applications: Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and their integration points with SharePoint Online
• Experience, Knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure, AWS, Google
• Awareness of Power Platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
• Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation
