Production shift supervisor

Salary: £32000 Per annum

Working hours: 4 on 4 off working days and nights (7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am)

Are you an experienced production shift supervisor that wants to work for an exciting, progressive business within the recycling industry. We are looking for people that have heavy industrial production experience and have worked within a production supervisor position before.

If you have forklift and or telehandler experience, then this would also be fantastic as these skills are utilised on our site regularly. We do offer training in these areas if you do not have the qualification already as we are able to train you in these areas to help develop you further.

Production supervisor duties

• In charge of the shift and personnel
• They are responsible for the overall production target of the shift – producing X amount of pellet
• Awareness of H&S – they are the senior member of staff on the nights shift
• Following manufacturing instructions
• Monitoring the manufacturing process
• Physically demanding work

Production supervisor experience

• Supervisor experience needed, they will be hands on with the role
• Team of 4 experience managing couple of years
• Telehandler, forklift experience – will be put through course
• Experience withing a production or manufacturing environment
