Building Maintenance Officer (Electrical Bias) needed in Bromley, £178.79 per day- Reference: RQ832710

To support the existing team through a period of change, reporting into the interim Maintenance manager are looking for an electrically biased building Maintenance officer to support the organisation on an interim basis to deliver the reactive and PPM function of the facilities service currently delivered by a third-party provider. Also, to assist with the implementation of new process and procedures.

This encompasses hard services, building fabric and fire and security systems. This will be delivered via outsourced service providers and a small in-house team.

Delivering operational to a diverse multi-site portfolio.

you will ideally hold an electrical qualification and demonstrate a sound understanding of Mechanical systems systems and building fabric.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
