Job Title: Technical Administrator

Salary: £25,000


The Role:

  • Administration duties which will include specification writing, label creation and supplier approval
  • Reviewing and updating procedures, production record sheets and quick reference guides
  • Completing lab submission forms and liaise with the site QA, arranging allergen and shelf life sampling
  • Conducting audits of the manufacturing facility, acting as a part of the internal auditing team and supporting customer complaint investigations


The Candidate:

  • Knowledge of BRC and retailer standards is desirable
  • Qualifications such as HACCP, Food Safety and auditing
  • An interest in food science and technology, nutrition and related subjects
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Self starter and driven, with a determined attitude
