Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a self-motivated Employment Advisor who will support, inspire and encourage unemployed jobseekers to identify and overcome their personal barriers to employment.

You will work with a caseload of customers who will be at different points in their career journey. Your customers might have drug/alcohol problems, be ex-offenders, have mental health or long term health barriers or they might have a lack of skills which is stopping them from gaining meaningful and sustained employment.

You will meet all customers on a regular basis, complete in-depth diagnostics and create SMART targets to support each jobseeker to gain new skills, build confidence and gain experience - to ensure they are on track in securing employment. Ideally you will have previous industry experience helping jobseekers -  we are however open to receiving applications from applicants with transferable skills and a good understanding of the labour market and current challenges.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
