Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Offender Support Advisor who will work with male ex-offenders to support them to make lifestyle changes which will improve their health and wellbeing post-custody.

You will work intensively with each customer to help them work towards their goals whilst providing holistic support that is tailored to their emotional wellbeing, any mental health and substance use needs.  You will offer support around their personal relationships with partners, family, friends or children and their overall lifestyle, peer groups and influences. 

You will have experience of caseload management working with ex-offenders, people with drug/alcohol issues or you will have transferable skills.  You will deliver comprehensive assessments including screening for LDD.  You will create SMART targets at each intervention and you will work with a wider support network including probation service to ensure each customer does not reoffend.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
