Customer Service & Sales Account Manager

To £30k basic + Excellent Bonus (up to 6k) + holiday + pension ++

Fantastic opportunity for a talented Customer Service & Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic, growing environmentally focused business at a key stage in their ongoing success and growth.

Working as part of a close-knit team, this will be an exciting and varied role to supporting the team to manage their expanding customer base, as well as provide first-class customer service, support and support the operations team.

You will have the opportunity to really make a difference and be a key part of the ongoing success of this dynamic business. As such, you will be highly motivated with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to provide initial sales support through to full life-cycle order support and offer a first class customer experience.

You will be provided with in-depth training on their ground-breaking environmentally focussed products and provide you with the sales and technical training around this to be able to provide the outstanding quality and service levels for which they are known.

Working closely with the sales and operations team, key accountabilities as Customer Service & Sales Co-ordinator include:

Acting as first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries, this can be from both within the UK and across Europe and either supporting their enquiry or passion to the relevant sales team.

  • Working with customers throughout their journey with the business providing first-class customer service and keeping them updated on order progress
  • Using your initiative to support the internal sales team with quotes and scheduling activities
  • Be proactive and support the wider sales team with various activities ranging from quote generation to scheduling training.
  • Developing strong customer relationships and driving customer engagement through your passion, and exceptional levels of service
  • Supporting (with the technical teams) technical sales queries from customers
  • Attending (with the sales team) exhibitions and trade shows to represent the company
  • Acting as a consumer & sales champion

To succeed in this varied, highly interesting role you will need to be a real team player who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail coupled with:

  •  Customer focussed from a customer service/sales support/account management or other similar customer-centric role looking to develop your career with a dynamic, highly successful and growing business.
  • The passion to deliver exceptional service
  • The desire to continue your professional and personal development in a dynamic team-based environment.
  • A good level of all-round IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
