Job Description:
Orion are partnered with an electrical engineering business which are looking for an Interim Service Administrator who will join them on an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of either extension or permanent employment at the end.
The Service Administrator will:
- Ensure the work orders for completed production jobs are completed accurately and on time for the end of month deadlines, assessing the work to identify potential stock issues
- Keep track of the shop-floors equipment maintenance schedules and make sure that anything that has not been done is raised to the right team
- Work with the Service and Maintenance Engineers on allocation of jobs

- Happy and confident to work with Service and Maintenance Engineers/Technicians
