Service Administrator


Job Description:

Orion are partnered with an electrical engineering business which are looking for an Interim Service Administrator who will join them on an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of either extension or permanent employment at the end. 

The Service Administrator will: 

  • Ensure the work orders for completed production jobs are completed accurately and on time for the end of month deadlines, assessing the work to identify potential stock issues
  • Keep track of the shop-floors equipment maintenance schedules and make sure that anything that has not been done is raised to the right team 
  • Work with the Service and Maintenance Engineers on allocation of jobs

  • Solid administration skills 
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks 
  • Happy and confident to work with Service and Maintenance Engineers/Technicians 

IF you have worked in a similar role within an engineering environment before this would be a HUGE bonus, but it is not a deal breaker!
