As a result they are looking to recruit a Production Engineer who will pave the way in making the most of their existing equipment. 

As one of the newly appointed Production Engineers you will take the lead on either of the following; 

• Understanding existing, industrial machinery such as; CNC, Lathe, Milling and work on process improvements to make the most out of the equipment. 
• On this existing equipment, run reports to collate and analyse data to gain a deeper understanding on product wastage, downtime, product failures 
• Work with the production team on implementing new production processes and ensure that SOP's are re-written
• Be the SME of the shop floor equipment and keep a close eye via report running to keep tabs on Right First Time, Equipment Efficiency and ROI

We will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

• HND / HNC in an engineering related subject 
• Have worked in a LEAN environment 
• Solid experience and examples of where you have run CI projects and improved equipment on the shop floor
• Have demonstrable experience of improving machinery and be a data driven individual
