Repairs customer service advisors needed in Bournemouth £11.59ph ref 5225147

This role is the first point of contact for tenants who have repairs or property maintenance enquiries. Dealing with customers over the telephone, email and occasionally face to face.

This role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to deal with a variety of tasks including compliance works, administration and perform well under pressure.

We have two vacancies available in our busy housing team.  One post is full time for 39 hours per week (5 days) and the other post is part time for 30 hours per week (4 days).

Both posts are to work each day from our office in Bournemouth. Once initial training is complete there will be an opportunity for a mixture of working from home and the office.

Both roles are temporary for 3 months with a view to being made permanent subject to successful completion of temporary contract.                                                                                      

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
