Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an SIA Security Tutor who will support learners to achieve a Level 2 award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry.

You will deliver group sessions to learners which will include conflict management, physical intervention, first aid at work and counter terrorism.  You will create schemes of work along with lesson plans and updating resources whilst ensuring differentiation and learning styles are adapted to.

You will hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification – e.g. AET / PTLLS/ CertEd and an assessing qualification L3 or equivalent.  A Level 3 delivery of conflict management, Level 3 Train the trainer for physical intervention, Action counter terrorism (1 x blue, 1 x orange certificates) and have 3 out of last 5 years front line experience in the private security industry

You will be a team player and you will be responsible for all of your own administration, in addition, you will be a car driver and you'll be able to travel across Greater Manchester

Due to the nature of this role, you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete a DBS criminal records check if successful.
