Your work as a  Facilities Coordinator is crucial to the day to day management and will be responsible for the management of the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) systems across the site with the support of the Leadership team, to drive and lead the implementation of the HSQE strategy.

As the newly appointed Facilities Coordinator you will:

• Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced and develop Safe Systems of Work throughout the plant
• Manage HSQE compliance, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
• Working with the plant/site management team to ensure HSQE requirements are consistent with UK/corporate standards, policies and UK legislation
• Ensure all safety and quality records are maintained and are accurate
• Assist with the planning and execution of the UK internal QHSEE audit schedules
