Development Project Manager (Hybrid) needed in Northallerton, Paying £24.19ph - Reference: RQ841349

You will take the lead on the day-to-day running of projects to ensure they, as well as the wider business plan are delivered efficiently, safely and to an agreed timeframe and budget.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will co-ordinate with a large number of contractors, architects, engineers, planners and surveyors clearly and positively to develop good professional relationships.

Our developments complement the surrounding area through the choice of finish and style of our homes.

Each development is tailored to suit its location, ensuring it meets local housing needs and integrates well into the community.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
