Interim Operations Manager – (4-6 months) – Kent
Salary - £35,256 pro rata plus benefits
30 hours per week
28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has previous experience with learning disabilities. You will need to drive and have your own vehicle as the role will require travel to visit services and attend meetings in areas where public transport is not easily accessible. You will preferably hold an NVQ level 5 or equivalent.
You must be highly motivated and effective in managing two Support Managers who support people within their own homes across several support living services, ensuring they are leading the lives they want.
You will be accountable for leading and developing teams, ensuring effective resourcing, training and development with the staff teams and demonstrating the companies’ values. You will be required to manage service budgets and provide reports on the performance of services and organisational KPI’s.
