An exciting opportunity to work within Manchester Metropolitan University as a Programmes Administrator!
Looking for an individual with strong previous administrative and customer service experience.
The successful applicant will act as a key point of contact in providing advice and guidance in relation to university programmes, as well as maintain accurate records of student assessment and progression.
Temporary full time position available at £10.88 an hour.
Key duties would include:
To be proactive in contributing to the enhancement of the student experience through the delivery of a customer-focused service.
To provide support with the operation of systems and procedures used to seek staff and student feedback on the service delivered.
To liaise with partner institutions (as appropriate) with regard to student assessment, exchange and progression arrangements and to provide advice, as required, in relation to University Regulations and procedures.
To take particular responsibility for work in their own area, whilst working flexibly to achieve team results by assisting others and working collaboratively to complete tasks and projects.
