Full time hours on a temporary basis.

 This role will involve:

• Ideally experience of successfully delivering a customer facing service in a multi-channel environment
• Ideally experience of supporting organisational change and continuous improvement
• Ability to analyse and interpret demand data and performance data to recommend evidence-based improvements to service delivery models and to forecast resourcing models would be advantageous.
