IT Support Officer needed in Chester Paying  £12.70 per hr ref 5224690

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

 This role will involve:

• To provide First Line contact and triage for inbound tickets via the Portal, Live Chat or telephone on the ICT Service Desk.
• Providing, where possible, Incident and Request prioritisation and triage or assigning to other teams.
• Working with Windows 10/11, M365, Citrix, MS Defender, SCCM, Active Directory and other systems.
• The post is currently home-based band equipment will be provided. Additional requirements will be to attend sites for additional work and mentoring, as and when required.
