Repairs Coordinator based in Swindon and the rate is £15.48ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will support the Property Maintenance team seeking Repairs Coordinator to help continue the delivery of the best possible repairs service to customers. As a key member of the maintenance team you will be part of the delivery of responsive repairs works to housing stock and corporate buildings.

Must have a minimum qualification NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent. Sound working experience in domestic maintenance and detailed knowledge of the building crafts will be utilised within this role.

6 month contract with potential to go perm

Full driving licence is essential

37 hours per week, 8am to 4pm
