Process Engineer

Over the past 2 years, we have been closely working with a Green Tech company that specialises in Hydrogen Fuel Cell Development Technology based over in Cranleigh. The company have gone from strength to strength over the past few years with massive growth plans still pending. The business is now looking for a Process Engineer to join the process engineering team as part of their exciting new phase of growth.

As a Process Engineer you will be involved in:

• Developing the conceptual design of process solutions for a wide range of industries
• Working with other company functions and suppliers to build technical and commercial proposals
• Business development meetings with potential clients
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
• Driving the design, build and commissioning of the equipment in conjunction with Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls Engineers
• Planning and executing commissioning and functional testing
• Line management of other Engineers
• Short- and medium-term resource planning and scheduling
• Providing input into Company-wide strategy

As a Process Engineer you will have:

• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience including experience of conceptual design, manufacture and commissioning projects  
• Chemical or Process Engineering Degree
• Experience with Detailed Design and Simulation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to demonstrate a high level of accountability for their work in prior roles
• Able to demonstrate application of lessons they have learnt across roles and preferably across industries or projects.
