As the newly appointed Head of Production you will take on the following;

• Management of 3 direct reports and 30 indirect - man-management responsibility 
• Embed a LEAN culture into the production floor 
• Look at strategies on how to reduce stock losses 
• Utilise the existing team leaders knowledge and length of service to drive new communication/process into the shop floor 

They will reward the Head of Production with the following:

• Demonstrable experience of implementing LEAN with a change culture mindset
