Senior Software Developer - £65,000

Pearson Carter are working with a Global Organization who are looking for a Senior Software Developer. This is a Permanent role with a hybrid work style (onsite when required / no specific days – infrequent), location: Durham). They are looking to grow their team as they have new projects. They are looking for someone who has experience as a Senior Software Developer.  

They offer an excellent salary of up £65k depending on experience + excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Work with program managers to design software and create implementable specifications and tasks at product and roadmap level.
• Design and develop OO modules in Bruker tool operating software.
• Develop fully working software modules including test-cases.
• Support and improve existing software in the field.
• Collaborate with the application, field support and production teams.
• Work with subcontractors where necessary, providing direction, support, and documentation.
• Leading SW development for capital equipment, multi-disciplinary system

Experience / Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2-5 years’ experience writing in C# / .Net.
• Experience in mixed C++ and managed code
• Experience with industry standard tools such as: MS Visual Studio 2017+, Git, TFS (Team foundation Server - 2017) / Dev Ops
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• International Travel might be required.
• Communicate clearly and concisely (in English)

Salary

Depending on experience they are offering an excellent salary of up to £65,000 + with many benefits.

Location

My client has an office in Durham. This is a hybrid role (on-site when required / infrequent).
