Property Manager – Benefits

Lucrative basic salary from £25k - £29k depending on experience

Property Manager – Duties

Dealing with maintenance requests.

Conducting mid-term inspections.

Organising contractors and liaising with tenants.

Ensuring compliance.

Dealing with deposit disputes.

Organising works when required.

Completing Tenancy paperwork.

Being involved in serving section notices.

General Property Manager duties.

Property Manager – Experience Needed:

Previous lettings/property management experience is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
