Environmental Lawyer based in St Albans and the rate is £45.00ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

Provision of legal advice on Environmental law, Planning law and other contentious matters.  Conduct of court and other proceedings relating to these matters, including prosecutions, planning appeals and judicial reviews.

To provide legal services to client departments on a wide range of specialisms – at least environmental law but ideally one other area:

• environmental health including statutory nuisance, fly-tipping
• planning, trees and woodland, building control
• food safety
• health and safety
• prosecutions generally, including fraudulent benefit claims
• private sector housing and caravan site licensing
