Sales Administrator
Office Based, Leicester
Monday-Friday, 8:15 – 4:30PM

A successful manufacturer is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team, this is a fantastic opportunity to get into the Sales industry, whether you are a graduate or someone looking to change their career.

The Role:
  • Liaise with customers regarding any issues, queries or product related information
  • Process orders through phone/email
  • Work closely with managers to ensure consistent levels of service are provided
  • Be reactive with availability and pricing of products both internally and externally
  • Use of CRM
  • Liaise with logistics companies to maximise delivery success
  • Key relationship management and rapport building
  • Liaise internally and externally with sales reps
  • Create reports for the wider business regarding sales
  • Ordering stock
  • General admin duties on an ad hoc basis
