IT Field Service Analyst - £27,000 

Pearson Carter are currently working with a law firm based in Cardiff. Our client is looking for a IT Field Service Analyst to join their team. They are looking to move their support in-house and are building the internal team. 

They are offering an excellent salary of up to £27,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

- Supporting software and hardware 

- 1st/2nd line support 

Experience

- Previous support experience with the Microsoft Stack

- Must have hardware support experience 

- Must have good customer service skills 

You will be put through ITIL V4 Qualification and training in PowerBI and ServiceNow.

Salary

They are offering a salary of up to £27,000 plus benefits. 

Location

You will be required to work on-site 5 days a week at their office in Cardiff.
