Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 p.a (Depending on experience)

As my client's Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for proactively managing and contacting the business client base to promote Customer Service Excellence.
You’ll support the internal team by carrying out service reviews with clients, gaining feedback and supporting customers who have raised an issue.

The successful candidate for this role will receive a competitive salary between £22,000 to £24,000 (dependent on experience). Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 5:30 pm. Free parking and Westfield healthcare plan are just some of the perks.
