Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Employability 

Location: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Wiltshire and Dorset

Salary: up to £42,000 + fantastic benefits

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience within managing a team within a targeted environment in either a similar W2W environment, or as a Recruitment Manager.
• Must hold a minimum of a Level 4 IAG. 
• Hold a good understanding of the local labour market.
• Must hold own GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Strong administrative and IT skills.
• Driving licence and own vehicle with ability to be flexible with travel.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

The Role:

• Oversee the performance of our client's Careers Service contract across the Dorset and Wiltshire areas, to ensure all contractual targets are met. 
• Lead, inspire and performance manage a team of Employment Consultants, who support the long-term unemployed back into work, to achieve targets, sustained high performance, and quality of delivery.
• Develop and grow relationships and business opportunities with local employers, Jobcentres, key stakeholders, and attend Job Fairs ensuring our clients brand is maximised at all times.
• Review management information to recognise emerging trends to address any potential risks across the contract.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager at meetings/events as required.
