• Children who attend this school have a variety of special needs including ASD, MLD, PMLD and SEMH

The role

• Full time Teaching Assistant
• Supporting classes of children who have a variety of special needs
• Providing support with curriculum as well as speech, language and communication difficulties
• Some students may require personal care.

You

• Will have a minimum of 3 months experience in a school
• Will hold a CACHE Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or higher/equivalent (not essential)
• Will have previously supported children with special needs
• Experience supporting various special needs is useful
• Will be available for work starting as soon as possible
• Will have a friendly and caring personality
