Job Title: Learner Enrolment Manager (Apprenticeships)

Location: Office based in London

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Depending on skills and experience

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge and experience within the work-based learning sector, with a sound understanding of ESFA / DFE funding rules and criteria.
• Experience in managing the learner enrolment / onboarding processes.
• People management - experience in managing / leading an office-based team.
• You must have experience in managing contract implementation, performance, and outcomes.
• Experienced in using various learner and customer management systems, such as Maytas.
• Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal – ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.

Duties:

• Manage, monitor, and oversee the company’s enrolment / onboarding function, for Apprenticeships and various other funding streams.
• Lead a team of Enrolment Officers, and admin staff, providing support to ensure the team are meeting contractual targets, monitoring the learner recruitment cycle.
• Work closely with the Data and Business Development team, to ensure quality and compliance is to the required standards.
• Manage and review contract performance / delivery data, through continuous monitoring and data analysis.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and understanding, contributing to overall growth and development of the organisation.
• Ensure policies and procedures are maintained and meet ESFA / Ofsted requirements.
