Lamonby Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator responsible for managing, control and processing weekly and monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
In return you will be offered a salary of between £22,000 to £28,000 an excellent holiday allowance, company pension and a number of other company benefits.
Payroll Administrator Role
Responsible for supporting the Payroll department’s day to day work
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly payrolls
Input employee information onto the in-house payroll system
Act as point of contact for all payroll/pension enquiries from directors, managers and employees
Produce and distribute regular ad hoc reports for directors/managers on payroll data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and security of data
Calculate sick pay entitlements in accordance with the Company’s sick pay scheme rules
Administration of the Company’s pension and life assurance schemes, including joiners, leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers out etc
Assist with managing the Time and Attendance system (Kronos Efficient)
Administration of company benefits to employees
Reconcile all payroll payments to the Financial Ledger
Role Requirements and Qualifications
Payroll Administrator or Payroll Office with 4 years’ experience
Minimum 12 months experience using iTrend
Experience of processing both weekly and monthly payrolls and knowledge of PAYE
Possess knowledge of Pension Enrolment,
Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure
