Maintenance Engineer
Redditch
3 days a week!
£38,239.50 – earn up to £50,000 with overtime
Wk. 1 – Sunday – Tues 05.30am – 18.00pm
Wk. 2 Monday – Weds – 05.30am – 18.00pm
37.5 hours per week
Rate: £38,239.50
This is an extremely lucrative opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join a company that have experienced sustained growth predominately driven by the brand Pink Stuff which you will have seen around many shops. Cap ex projects are plentiful which have made way for new lines, automation, site expansions which brings loads of project work – they are currently building a brand new canteen, new machinery installs and much more. This role as a maintenance engineer will offer incredible variety. Far from the high pressure automotive environment. Production has increased from 1.4 million units per week to 2 million with further output expectations.
Our team overall has grown by 25% in the last 12 months alone.
The Maintenance engineer can be either bias – electrically need to be able to work with sensors, motors, switches – nothing too complicated.

Experience required for the multi-skilled maintenance engineer:
- At least 3 years experience working as a maintenance engineer
- Any exp. working on conveyors would be advantageous
- Electrically – need to be able to work with 3-phase, sensors and switches as a minimum
- Mech – belts, straps, chains, pulleys, belts, gearboxes etc.
- Maintenance engineer from any agency welcome to apply including ex-forces!
