Salary £26,000 to £31,000 per annum

This is a business that sells machinery. It is based in prestigious offices and has negligible turnover of staff. 

What will I be doing?

This role is both administration and customer service.

• Create quotations for our sales team from a specification brief.
• Manage the sales and rental transaction processes for the supply and sale of machines, retrofits, and tooling to our customers.
• Manage the purchase transaction processes for the supply of machinery and equipment.

• You will support the sales team through the timely preparation of quotations and machine solutions.
• Be responsible for the full quotes they generate
• Be responsible for all aspects of the orders they create including the purchase, delivery and invoice processes.

What do I need?

• You will have a professional service manner
• Be an excellent administrator; SAP is used for quotes and sales order processing so knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
• Experience of working with a technical product or engineering business
