Full-time (37 hours per week) Business Support Officer contract to start on 15-10-18 until 07-12-18 with a possible extension.
To support the work of the Service Improvement Team to assist in the delivery of projects providing both administrative and project support to the team. The role will include organising project meetings and workshops, minute taking, managing the team’s diaries and working closely with project managers to track project delivery.
Main purpose of the role / key responsibilities:
To organise workshops, meetings on behalf of the Service Improvement Team.
To provide diary management support for team members.
To produce simple reports and presentations on behalf of the Team.
