My clients have developed a superb reputation locally and are looking for a driven candidate who has valuing experience wanting to make the transition into lettings management or transfer over to a amazing agency in the heart of Bromsgrove. 

• £20-22K basic salary plus commission - £35K OTE 
• With £4K car allowance 
• Profit share and individual commission
• Open to a Senior Let Neg/Assistant Let Man that has done valuing, looking to take the next step in their career.

• Generating and touting for new business.
• Looking for ways to increase the managed portfolio and dealing with any escalations.
• Assisting with viewings and negotiating lets when needed.
• Training and developing more junior members of staff.
• Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting.
• Attending Lettings valuations and generating and attending market appraisals.

• Helping to generate new business through existing contacts and call outs.
• Offering advice to landlords.
• Helping with viewings when needed 
• Touting and networking.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service.

• Previous experience as a senior Let Neg/Assistant Let Man
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
• You will be target driven and ambitious.
• Looking for a go getter, driven candidate wanting to step up and progress their career
• Any training needed will be provided
