Account / Client management ''
- Understanding client brands, strategy and market environments.
- Managing the day-to-day running of accounts.
- Regular client updates and manage any changes to planned activities.
- Ensure everything is produced on time and on budget, with all quality standards met and projects are planned and resourced appropriately, managing workflow
Project management -
- Prepares schedules for approval, and checks day-to-day progress.
- Clear & accurate briefings to all people tasked with project
- Proactively alert on issues and recommends solutions and strategies
Financial -
- Develop estimates and billing timelines.
- Raises purchase orders and tracks costs.
- Updates time and costs on finance trackers
