Housing Services Manager needed in Rugby £22.55ph PAYE - Reference:5227403

• Housing (both tenancy and estate) management for the Housing Revenue Account portfolio of properties, including the Independent Living Service and the Gypsy and Traveller site.
• Lead by example in facilitating a responsive and empathetic service which puts the customer first and has a focus on tenancy sustainment
• Nurture the motivation and development of the teams, whilst being decisive in tackling behaviours which do not accord with our corporate values
• Understand the performance of the service and identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and development, for the benefit of customers and to ensure a healthy Housing Revenue Account.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
