Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a customer centric Employment Coach to work with unemployed customers, supporting them to break down barriers to employment and helping them to secure employment.

You will support a caseload of customers who could have one or more barriers to work (drug/alcohol problems, ex-offender, mental health, disability or long term health), you will support each customer to gain new skills, working to overcome their personal barriers to work.

You will meet on a regular basis, completing in-depth diagnostics and creating SMART targets at each intervention. You will ensure customers are on track with securing sustainable employment. You should have previous industry experience helping jobseekers -  we are however open to chatting with applicants who have transferable skills and a good understanding of the labour market and current challenges. A Level 4 qualification in Careers Information Advice & Guidance is desirable.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
