Job Title: Hospitality Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

*Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity*

Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Swansea, Aberystwyth and surrounding areas

Salary: £25,500 - £26,500 (Dependent on qualifications & experience)

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid, occupational experience within Back of House Hospitality (Kitchen experience).
• Must hold a NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example: Food and Beverage, Food Production, Reception, Housekeeping or Team Leading).
• Ideally have Front of House experience: Food and Beverage; Housekeeping; Reception etc.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

• Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2, 3 and 4 across Front of House and Back of House specialisms.
• Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and face-to-face learning).
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Personal Skills:

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
