Reward & HR Data Analyst

About the Company 

A leading international firm with a fantastic culture is looking for a Reward & HR Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. 

About the Role 

Working alongside the broader HR team, you will be responsible for people reporting and analytics, including data related to compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include: 

  • Developing reporting and forecasting tools, including designing dashboards 
  • Supporting overall people strategy with reporting and analytics 
  • Supporting with annual salary review including salary benchmarking 
  • Providing training and promoting best practices as it relates to data  
  • Updating and ensuring accuracy of people data in system and escalating issues as appropriate 


Job Requirements 

You will have previous experience maintaining an HR database and, ideally, prior experience with compensation review and analysis in a professional services environment. You will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of data protection matters and excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
