Job Title: Panel Wirer    

Type: Permanent    

Hours: 39 hours per week    

Location: Sheffield    

Salary: 26,000 to £28,000 p.a + overtime + bonus

Our client is a forward thinking, innovative manufacturing business based in Sheffield. They require a permanent Panel Wirer to join the team on a full time basis.    

Duties of the Panel Wirer:    

- Electrical assembly and panel wiring of control panels for industrial equipment  

- Fit, wire, build and assemble control plates  

- Light fabrication  

- Reading and understand wiring schematics or assembly drawings and oral and written instructions  

Requirements of the Panel Wirer    

- The ability to read and understand electrical circuit/wiring diagrams      

- Practical knowledge of electrical/electronic systems      

- Experience of fault finding & trouble shooting      

- Knowledge of electrical switchgear systems advantageous    

- Able to work independently
