A welcoming, well-structured primary school in Peckham have an opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to join their school to support pupils across the school.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting a range of primary aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural needs across the school. Many of the students you will be supporting will display challenging behaviour and will need support to manage their own emotions and de-escalate situations. You will work closely with a range of teachers and senior leadership staff to support the pupils to access learning and access specialist intervention sessions. You will need to have flexible and committed attitude and be able to engage younger and older pupils within a primary setting.  

This is a long-term contract position offering wonderful opportunity to become part of a school community making a real impact on pupil’s development. The school are looking for someone to start immediately or within the next 2 weeks.
