Technical Operations Manager – Remote - £60,000

Pearson Carter are currently working on a Technical Operations Manager role for the UK’s leading Healthcare technology providers. They have recently been taken over by a worldwide tech company who specialize in national security, defence, and healthcare and because of this huge expansion within the company they are now looking to grow out their teams.

For this role, you would be responsible for their operations engineering team who deliver, implement and service their software products. Requirements for this role would be someone with extensive Linux experience, along with the managerial exposure and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring software and services are delivered to match project deliverables.
• Implement and identify opportunities for automation improvements within implementation methodologies.
• Analyse project and potential improvements – Improvements to quality, time, and cost reductions
• Managing resource capacity within multi-disciplined teams
• Leading agile methodology across delivery teams
• Dealing with service delivery issues escalated through team
• Producing customer management roadmaps

Experience:

• IT Service delivery experience
• Extensive experience working with Linux operating system.
• Working with automation tools like Ansible
• Cloud Technologies such as AWS
• Knowledge of NHS/Clinical Systems – Ideal

Salary:

They are offering salaries up £60,000 along with pensions, sick pay, private medical care and many more.
